Delivery and Returns

We do not require you to be at home to receive your compost delivery – just give instructions with your order as to where the bags are to be deposited. There may be occasions where someone has to be in to open a locked gate and we will do our utmost to accommodate such requirements, but this may entail a delay in your delivery.

Plants are only sent out when they have reached a sufficient stage of growth, size and quality. We believe it’s best to send them out when they’re ready and in the best possible condition. So even if you place an order at the same time they may arrive at different times to ensure you receive your product in its optimum condition.
